Walter has lived in the Nashville area all his life; born in Nashville at Baptist Hospital on August the 19th, 1959. Walter’s Dad moved his family to Franklin, TN when he was just 6 years old. Walter played sports most of his childhood life (football & baseball); then graduated from Franklin High in 1977.
He worked several jobs before settling into real estate in May of 1996. Some notable job accomplishments were: UPS, Nissan Motor Manufacturing, Beaman Automotive & finally Bob Parks Realty for 14 years.
He has 2 wonderful kids Kristen & Matthew. Kristen is 22 and works at O’Charley’s. Matthew is 19 and is a Junior at Smyrna High School. While he is not selling real estate, he enjoys spending time with his friends cooking & grilling out, sitting by a campfire and watching sports.
